DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to process your order within business days following payment of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally. If rural please allow 3 extra days for delivery.
 

RETURNS POLICY

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within 14 days of purchase Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable, however if you receive faulty goods, please let us know immediately and we will organise to have them replaced with no extra delivery charges. After 14 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturer's warranty.

Please ensure care with ordering the correct item as exchange freight costs may apply. 


PRIVACY

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
